Leaders Rising

From business owner to powerful leader,
in two inspirational days.

The next online session will be in November,
dates coming soon!
If you're a female entrepreneur or business owner who is ready to step into a leadership role.
If you bounce between fear and focus. Clear on where you need to be but confused about what stops you from getting there.
If you know, deep in your soul, that you need to step out of your comfort zone and into the bigger, bolder, braver woman who's waiting for you.
If you know it's time to become the leader you're meant to be.
This is for you.

Leaders Rising is a two-day online intensive for small business owners and entrepreneurs to learn how to step fully into an integrated leadership role.

It will help you to deepen your understanding of the strengths and growth areas needed to become the powerful, effective leader you yearn to be.

We look at self-compassion, core values, emotional literacy, vulnerability, shame, trust, braving, grief, forgiveness, anxiety and criticism.

We look at how to live BIG and how to apply all of this to your role as a leader - especially as you navigate struggle, falls, and failures (hey, we've all been there).

You’ll start this intensive as someone who sees failure as something to avoid at all costs.

But here's the thing about failure. If you dare to follow your dreams, take risks, dive into the uncertainty, failure is not a possibility, but inevitable.

You'll walk away with a newfound respect for failure and struggle.

You'll have a life-long practice that will help you rise from disappointments with your integrity intact and your business stronger than ever.

You will be the leader you know you can be, if only you could get out of your own damn way.

Us humans are hardwired for story. If we're not clear on the stories we're living from, it's hard to get unstuck from our past and we fear future falls.

Our brains are hardwired for story and want to write the endings, and it happens so quick that we often don't catch it.

To live a fully integrated life, we need to sustain the courage, compassion, and confidence it takes to lead with integrity and navigate the inevitable life curveballs. We need to develop a practice that helps us integrate our WHOLE stories, especially the hard ones.

Leaders Rising is perfect for you if ...

You're floundering and beating yourself up after a re-occurring struggle shows up yet AGAIN.
You have a hard time recovering from the time you dared to go big and it was an utter disaster.
Your emotions feel like they are the boss of you and you cannot think your way out of overwhelm.
You're focusing on the opinions of everyone around you, which has you feeling small and afraid.
Numbing, of all kinds, shows up to protect you from feeling too much.
You hurt those around you - often closest to you - when you are in pain and then feel even more in a hole.
Shame and fear show up when you cannot figure out a solution to your mindset struggles.
Everyone else does this business growth thing better than you and comparison overshadows your integrity and clarity.
You shy away from the hard conversations for fear of how it will go, and instead you lay low, hoping it will all work out.
The sting of past failures keep haunting you and zapping you of your courage, creativity, and calm.

Just imagine, if instead of that up there ...

You develop a life-long practice that helps you show-up no matter what is in front of you (or behind you).
You become more emotionally literate and help your brain and body better tolerate risk, uncertainty, and emotional exposure
You become crystal clear on what matters, who matters and how to use this clarity to help you navigate uncharted paths.
You stop offloading your pain and fear outside of your integrity.
You recognise shame and respond differently so it does not take over your life.
You deepen your trust for self and others along with a way to clearly identify and communicate when trust breaches have occurred in away that fosters agency and continued dialogue.
You help your inner critics relax and understand the stories they are living from are not true anymore, or have never been true.
You respect failure and welcome it as part of daring greatly in work and in life.

This is how it works

Ahead of Leaders Rising, you'll be sent an inventory, which will be analysed by Rebecca and Gemma ahead of your time together. This allows them to truly dig into where you are right now.

You'll come together on Zoom at 1pm BST on the 27th September and you'll be taken through the exercises by Rebecca and Gemma.

You'll be given space and time to digest and work through the exercises, with support.

You'll be given regular breaks and time to step away when you need to.

Once you've completed the two days, you'll join a pop-up Facebook Group to get support from Rebecca and Gemma for one week.

The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong is a book about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.
